Shipping Policy

On average orders arrive to our customers in 6 to 8 days from the day order is placed.

Delivery times depend on availability and carrier.

If we determine that we can’t deliver your order within the time frame we’ll contact you via email immediately.
We use UPS ground commercial for commercial shipping services.

Small orders less than 2 Lbs. are also shipped via USPS priority mail.

Rush orders are sent via UPS 2nd day expedited service.

Overnight orders are sent via USPS express mail overnight.

 

Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love your Inspired Peru™ purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in their original condition.

How to start a return or exchange: Email us first at info@inspiredperu.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange request. We will respond within 1–2 business days with complete instructions. Please do not ship any item back before contacting us — returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Exchanges: We are happy to exchange your item for a different product. To process an exchange the customer is responsible for two shipping costs — the return shipping of the original item back to us, and the shipping of the new exchange item to you. Once we receive and inspect the returned item in its original condition we will ship your exchange. Both shipping costs must be paid before the exchange is processed.

Return shipping: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. Inspired Peru™ is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Condition requirements: Items must be returned unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging with all included materials — Certificate of Authenticity, Artisan Story Card, and any accessories.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Non-returnable items: The following items cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances:

  • All Peruvian Frazada Rugs — due to the handmade nature and size of these pieces, all rug sales are final. Please review all product photos and dimensions carefully before purchasing. Contact us at info@inspiredperu.com with any questions before placing your order.
