Shipping Policy

FREE SHIPPING TO THE CONTINENTAL US
Every order ships free to the continental United States. No minimum purchase required.

Delivery Time
Orders arrive in 6–9 days on average from the day you place your order. Delivery times may vary depending on product availability and the carrier. If we can't deliver your order within this time frame, we'll contact you by email right away.

Holiday Orders
Order by December 15 to receive by Christmas. Need it sooner? Choose Expedited shipping at checkout.

Shipping Methods
- Standard: UPS Ground. Small orders under 2 lbs may ship via USPS Priority Mail.
- Expedited: UPS 2nd Day.

All orders ship from the United States.

Return & Refund Policy

30-day returns and exchanges, for any reason.
We want you to love your Inspired Peru™ purchase. You can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery, even if you simply changed your mind, as long as it's in its original condition.

How to Start a Return or Exchange
1. Email us at info@inspiredperu.com with your order number and the reason for your return or exchange.
2. We'll reply within 1–2 business days with complete instructions.
3. Ship the item back only after you receive our instructions. Returns sent without prior authorization cannot be accepted.

Condition Requirements
Items must be returned unwashed, unaltered, and in their original packaging, with everything that came with them: the Certificate of Authenticity, the Artisan Story Card, and any accessories.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
We're happy to exchange your item for a different product. For exchanges, the customer covers two shipping costs: returning the original item to us, and shipping the new item to you. Both must be paid before we send your exchange, which ships once we receive and inspect the original item.

Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the buyer's responsibility. We recommend a trackable shipping service, since Inspired Peru™ is not responsible for items lost in return transit.

Final Sale Items
A few items are final sale and can't be returned or exchanged:

- Vintage Peruvian Frazada Rugs: each frazada is a one-of-a-kind vintage piece, so all rug sales are final. Please review the photos and dimensions carefully, and email us at info@inspiredperu.com with any questions before ordering. We're happy to send additional photos or measurements.
- Custom or personalized orders
- Sale items

If a final-sale item arrives damaged or isn't what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we'll make it right.
