Handmade Alpaca Statement Llama — Light Pink, 4 ft
Inspired Peru
A four-foot handmade Andean statement piece, individually hand-dyed light pink and finished with hand-tufted pompoms, tassels, and a woven textile saddle blanket by an artisan family in Peru. Designed to be seen—not tucked away.
The Story of This Piece
This llama is handcrafted by a single artisan family in Puno, Peru, from genuine alpaca fur individually hand-dyed to its soft light pink color. The vibrant pompom and tassel accents are hand-tufted and applied by hand, reflecting the colorful textile traditions of the Andes. A woven textile saddle blanket, made in the same tradition, is draped over the back and included with the piece.
At four feet tall, this is one of our largest handmade pieces—a true statement object, not a stuffed animal. Its head is removable, which makes shipping easier and allows you to display it looking in different directions. No two pieces are exactly alike; natural variation in fiber, color, pompom placement, and the woven saddle blanket is part of what makes each one an individual work.
Every piece includes a signed Certificate of Authenticity from the artisan who made it, one of our 35+ indigenous Andean artisan families in Peru.

Designed for the Home
At this scale, this llama makes a genuine presence—well suited to an entryway, living room corner, sunroom, or any space that could use a distinctive artisan focal point. Its light pink coloring, festive pompoms, and woven saddle blanket bring warmth and character to any room.
Keep it out of direct, prolonged sunlight to preserve its color, and reserve floor space away from high-traffic areas to protect the fur, pompoms, and saddle blanket over time.
Care & Ownership
Dust gently or spot clean with a small amount of foam from a mild, fragrance-free soap, keeping the piece as dry as possible. Never machine wash or tumble dry. For moving or repositioning, support the body rather than lifting by the head or pompoms. The woven saddle blanket can be removed for separate spot cleaning if needed.
